One Week Western States Tour Itinerary
Depart the famous "City by the Bay" and cross the magnificent Golden Gate Bridge, pass through Sausalito on your way to Fairfield. Historic Olde Town Sacramento calls as you cycle to Auburn. Cycle up over the Sierra Nevada Range to Truckee. Then you'll pass by majestic Lake Tahoe and again climb until you reach Mt. Rose summit. Hold on for a 22 mile downhill to Reno/Sparks. You spin across the majestic "Nevada Bad Lands" as you pass through the desert in the springtime. Finally cross the salt flats of western Utah to arrive in Salt Lake City in 11 days and 841 miles. Great Ride!
